Following on from the strategic investment from Amcomri in October 2017, FLI Global (“FLIG”) is pleased to announce that in February 2018 it raised a further €10 million in investment from China Minsheng Jiaye Investment Co. Limited (a subsidiary of China Minsheng Investment Group https://www.cm-inv.com/en/aboutus/index.htm to support the FLI Group in its business expansion both in Europe and China.
This investment will further strengthen the FLI Group as a diversified environmental services group and will enhance FLIG’s ability to support the CMIG Group in its activities in both Europe and China.
The FLIG Group businesses are currently engaged in:
- Soil and Groundwater Remediation activities led by Vertase FLI and FLI-QDS.
- Water and Wastewater activities led by FLI Water
- Landfill Engineering and Environmental Containment Solution activities led by FLI Global and FLI France.
- Soil Remediation in China led by FLI Global.
- Precast Concrete Specialist Design and Manufacturing led by FLI Carlow
