Following on from the demolition and remediation of the site, VertaseFLI undertook infrastructure drainage and groundworks for a residential development scheme. A large diameter sewer was diverted and replaced which involved over-pumping of a significant section.

VertaseFLI acted as Principal Contractor. Following remediation, the scheme included a major earthworks and re-profiling scheme before commencing in the construction of primary infrastructure and services, including the placing of kerbs, sub-base and base course tarmac.
A large diameter culvert was also diverted and drainage connection made for both foul and surface water.
